Sistrow began as an idea between two individuals with a global outlook who felt modern fashion had become too loud, too fast, and too forgettable.

Amelia Hart, a brand storyteller with a sharp eye for elegance, and Oliver Reed, a strategist with a deep appreciation for design, met through London’s creative scene and quickly discovered a shared frustration: it was becoming harder to find clothing that felt refined, wearable, and relevant without chasing short-lived trends. They imagined a different kind of fashion label, one shaped by restraint rather than excess, and by a distinctly London point of view.

Amelia shaped these collections around women she knew well — creative, intelligent, independent women who wanted beauty in their wardrobe without sacrificing practicality. The names of the collections carry their own moods: Elara for feminine ease, Marlowe for confident tailoring, Vesper for after-dark sophistication, and Rowe for relaxed essentials.

The men’s side of Sistrow was developed through Oliver’s vision of modern British menswear — grounded, versatile, and quietly distinguished. He imagined a wardrobe for men who value texture, shape, and subtle detail over spectacle. That thinking led to collections such as Harden, Croft, Aldwick, and Fenwick, each one reflecting a different side of contemporary dressing, from outerwear and tailoring to knitwear and everyday staples.

Though Sistrow was created with the ambition to become internationally recognised, its focus remains firmly on London. The brand sees London not only as its origin, but as its lens — the place that informs its taste, tone, and sensibility. Any future global presence will grow from that foundation, never away from it. Sistrow does not try to be everywhere at once. It is committed to building a strong identity from London first, with a clear point of view and a carefully defined voice.
